  • What does WWDOP mean?
    WWDOP is an acronym or the short version of Women's World Day of Prayer.
  • What is Women's World Day of Prayer?
    The Baptist Women's World Day of Prayer is a global prayer movement that takes place annually on the first Monday of November. Baptist women gather in churches, homes, and communities to pray for the world together. The tradition began in the 1950s and has continued for over 70 years. At Fellowship Chicago, the women have invited women to convene for over 45 years. Started by Rev. Consuella York, Women's World Day of Prayer continues to be a powerful day of development, connection, and growth that hosted women from across the country.
  • Where will Fellowship Chicago's Women's World Day of Prayer take place?
    WWDOP will be hosted at Fellowship Chicago 4543 S Princeton Ave in Chicago, IL.
  • What is registration for and what does it include?
    WWDOP registration is $50 and includes the Monday sessions throughout the day as well as a hearty lunch and a nice takeaway. The Monday evening Prayer & Deliverance Service is FREE.
  • Who is WWDOP for?
    Women's World Day of Prayer is for any woman who is looking to gather with other women for a day of learning, sharing, growing, and building a closer relationship with herself and God in a holistic way. The Monday day sessions are open to all women of any age.
  • Can I get a refund on my registration?
    All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Is there a phone number I can call for support?
    Yes, you can call 773-924-3232 for assistance. Tuesday through Friday: 9AM - 5PM CST
  • Can I watch virtually?
    Only the Prayer and Deliverance Service will be available to watch on all Fellowship Chicago's outlets (Youtube and Facebook).
  • Is there a FREE event?
    Yes, the Monday night Prayer & Deliverance Service is open to anyone and is free of charge.
  • Can I walk up and register on November 4th?
    As space is limited and to be sure you receive your swag bag and lunch, it is highly recommended that you register early. We can not guarantee we will be able to accommodate late registrations.
  • What should I wear?
    We encourage you to join us in wearing African attire on Sunday and Purple on Monday night. (Monday day attire is TBD.) *Don't have these options? Just come in whatever you have.
